Our long-standing client, The Portland Hospital, wanted to boost awareness of their core services, enhance the online brand, and increase hits to the website through a multi-channel digital campaign.
The targeted campaign, launched in Autumn 2010, encouraged mothers-to-be and current mothers to engage with The Portland Hospital via activities across Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, The Portland Hospital website and The Portland blog. This was enhanced with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising.
We placed a strong focus on video content due to the power of online health videos as a key decision-making resource. We created informative videos for YouTube and The Portland Hospital website on subjects such as ‘Pain Relief in Labour’. Through Facebook and Twitter, we stimulated conversations, provided valuable health advice with successful live Q&A’s, and created communities where people felt safe sharing their experiences of the hospital.
